摘要
铁路运输安全是确保运输任务顺利完成的前提条件,关系着铁路运输业的长远稳定发展.在阐述铁路运输安全管理意义的基础上,从管理理念、管理方法和管理基础等方面分析我国铁路运输安全管理的主要影响因素,提出铁路运输安全管理对策建议,即加强安全教育和培训、完善铁路运输安全管理规章制度、强化铁路运输设备管理和建立铁路运输预测预警体系.
Abstract
Railway transport safety is the precondition to ensure the smooth realization of the transport task,which is related to the long-term stable development of railway transport industry.On the basis of expounding the significance of railway transportation safety management,this paper analyzes the main influencing factors of railway transportation safety management in our country from the aspects of management idea,management method and Management Foundation,etc.,the countermeasures and suggestions of railway transport safety management are put forward,which include strengthening safety education and training,perfecting the rules and regulations of railway transport safety management,strengthening the management of railway transport equipment and establishing the railway transport forecast and early warning system.
