Research on the Psychological Evaluation Model for the Management Staff of State-owned Enterprises Based on the NASA-TLX and the AHP
The management staff is the cornerstone of the operation of state-owned enterprises.Stimulating and maintaining their positive psychological state is conducive to improving the quality of work and operation effect,and promoting the high-quality development of enterprises.Based on the NASA Task Load Index and the AHP,this paper constructs a psychological evaluation model for the management staff of State-owned Enterprises by 6 dimensions and 18 evaluation indicators,such as mental demand,physical strength,temporal pressure,confidence of performance,work status and frustration resilience,and it solves the problem that is not easy to quantify in psychological evaluation.It can provide data support for the psychological capital development of this group and psychological intervention and management of enterprises.
