Present Situation and Countermeasures of Food Safety Management in a Railway Grass-roots Unit
The present situation of food safety management in a railway grass-roots unit was investigated and analyzed from four aspects:food safety management system construction,management status,professional knowledge and on-site inspection by means of questionnaire,squatting investigation,follow-up work and hierarchical discussion.The survey results show that the food safety management system of grass-roots units is basically sound,the food safety management personnel are all part-time,and the professional knowledge of food safety is positively correlated with the working years.There are no Class A problems in on-site inspection,and Class B problems account for 4.7%.Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of perfecting food safety management mechanism,improving the professional quality of managers,strengthening on-site food safety management and strengthening food safety education and training.
