摘要

为探讨铁路职工食堂和伙食团的食品安全监管策略,按照SWOT分析法,从食品安全角度出发,梳理铁路职工食堂和伙食团的内部优势、劣势,外部机会、威胁,研究食品安全监管策略.通过系统分析,提出了铁路职工食堂和伙食团在利用优势和机会、改进劣势、消除威胁等方面做好食品安全的监管策略建议.

Abstract

In order to explore the food safety supervision strategy of railway staff canteens and catering groups,according to SWOT analysis principle,various internal strengths,weaknesses,external opportunities and threats that affect railway staff canteens and catering groups closely related to food safety were combed,and the food safety supervision strategy was studied.Through systematic analysis,this paper puts forward the supervision strategies of food safety in railway staff canteens and catering groups in making use of advantages and opportunities,improving disadvantages and eliminating threats.
