摘要
动车组已经成为现代交通运输系统的重要组成部分.针对动车组运行过程中遇到的各类突发状况,梳理现有动车组途中应急事件处理流程,从提前预警防范、完善应急处置预案、建立多维协调机制、定期应急演练和加强站段建设管理5个方面提出动车组途中应急事件处理规范策略,提高应对突发事件的能力和效率,为保障动车组行驶的安全性,提高服务质量提供了重要的参考.
Abstract
EMU has become an important part of modern transportation system.In view of all kinds of emergencies encountered during the operation of EMUs,this paper combs the existing emergency handling flow of EMUs on the way,and puts forward the standard strategies for emergency handling of EMUs on the way from five aspects:early warning and prevention,improving emergency handling plans,establishing multi-dimensional coordination mechanism,regular emergency drills and strengthening station construction management,so as to improve the ability and efficiency of dealing with emergencies,and provide an important reference for ensuring the safety of EMUs and improving service quality.
