对北京动车段原有能源体系和运营实况进行调研,提出用水、用电、燃气、照明4个角度存在的能耗问题,基于智慧能源提出改建方案、能源高效使用措施及管理平台建设.3年实践表明,该水电气智能运营及设备节能管理平台功能较为完善,实现了利用信息技术进行水、电、天然气的高效集约节约利用和重点耗能设备的有效管控,为铁路运输企业实现智慧能源管控积累经验.
Construction and Application of Energy-saving Management and Control Platform in Railway EMU Depot
Based on the investigation of the original energy system and operation situation of Beijing EMU,this paper puts forward the energy consumption problems from four angles of water,electricity,gas and lighting,and puts forward the reconstruction scheme,energy efficient use measures and management platform construction project from the perspective of smart energy.Three years'practice shows that the functions of this water and electricity intelligent operation and equipment energy-saving management platform are relatively perfect,which realizes the efficient and intensive utilization of water,electricity and natural gas and the effective management and control of key energy-consuming equipment by using information technology,and accumulates successful experience for railway transport enterprises to realize intelligent energy management and control.
