既有铁路增设声屏障典型问题与对策研究

以某既有铁路增设声屏障项目为例,通过分析声屏障实施过程中易出现的典型问题,提出了钢筋混凝土封堵板优化设计方案、坚硬岩石层段桩基础结构及声屏障遇涵洞处特殊设计方案、邻近既有线声屏障施工设置硬隔离等安全防护措施.对声屏障实施后的降噪效果和达标情况进行现场实测,结果显示,设置声屏障后降噪效果明显,在距离铁路轨道中心线30 m处可降噪约5.6 dB(A),60 m处可降噪约4.4 dB(A);声屏障实施后可满足铁路边界及声环境功能区2类区的标准限值要求.研究可为既有铁路增设声屏障项目实施提供借鉴.
Research on Typical Problems and Countermeasures of Setting Sound Barrier in Existing Railway
With the sound barrier project of an existing railway as the research object,aiming at the typical problems that are easy to occur during the installation of the sound barrier,the solutions were proposed,namely,the optimal design scheme of reinforced concrete plugging plates,special design scheme of pile foundation structure in hard rock layer section and sound barrier encountering culvert section,safety protection measures such as hard isolation installed during construction of sound barriers adjacent to existing railways.At the same time,the noise reduction effect and standard compliance of the sound barrier after the installation of the sound barrier were analyzed by on-site measurement.The results showed that the noise reduction effect was obvious after the installation of the sound barrier,about 5.6 dB(A)at a distance of 30 m from the centerline of the railway track,and about 4.4 dB(A)at a distance of 60 m,the implementation of the sound barrier could meet the standard limit requirements of the railway boundary and the functional area of the sound environment.The research can be helpful for the sound barrier installation project of existing railway.
