广州地区铁路职工体质健康现状分析

摘要
采取偶遇抽样方法对广州地区铁路职工的体质测定结果进行分析,掌握该地区铁路职工的体质现状,为制定职工运动干预策略提供技术支持.共抽取904名铁路职工进行体质测定,数据有效职工852名,采用卡方检验进行综合评分及各指标达标率的组间比较.结果显示,广州地区铁路职工体质测定达标率为80.3%,其中机关单位职工体质测定达标率为81.9%,现场单位职工体质测定达标率为79.5%,机关单位职工达标情况较现场单位职工稍好,身体机能和身体素质指标的达标率有显著性差异,提示广州地区铁路职工的体质有待提高.提出应对职工体质健康现状采取针对性改善措施,定期开展体质测定,促进职工坚持积极健康的生活方式,加强体育锻炼.
Abstract
By means of accidental sampling,this paper analyzes the results of physical fitness measurement of railway workers in Guangzhou area,grasps the physical fitness status of railway workers in this area,and provides technical support for formulating sports intervention strategies for workers.A total of 904 workers were selected from Guangzhou railway area for system measurement,and 852 workers were valid.Chi-square test was used for comparison of comprehensive scores and compliance rates of various indexes among groups.The results showed that 80.3%of railway workers in Guangzhou area reached the standard of physical fitness test,81.9%of them reached the standard of physical fitness test for office workers and 79.5%of them reached the standard of physical fitness test for on-site workers.The standard of physical fitness test for office workers was better than that for on-site workers,and there were significant differences in the standard rate of physical function and physical fitness index,suggesting that the physical fitness of railway workers in Guangzhou area needs to be improved.It is suggested that targeted measures should be taken to improve the current situation of workers'physical health,and physical fitness measurement should be carried out regularly to promote employees to adhere to an active and healthy lifestyle and strengthen physical exercise.
