摘要
对某铁路单位职工在岗因病突发致亡情况进行汇总分析,了解危险因素,为制定健康管理方案、实施健康干预措施提供依据.收集近4年该铁路单位职工在岗因病突发致亡的情况,从生理心理、疾病状况、生活方式、健康意识等方面分析影响职工在岗因病突发致亡的主要因素,提出继续加强健康宣传教育、广泛开展应急救护普及培训、持续强化健康维护等建议,以进一步降低和控制铁路职工在岗突发疾病致亡.
Abstract
A summary analysis was conducted on the sudden death of employees in a railway unit due to illness,in order to understand the risk factors and provide a basis for formulating health management plans and implementing health intervention measures.Collect the situation of sudden death caused by illness among employees of the railway unit in the past 4 years,and analyze the main factors affecting sudden death caused by illness among employees from the aspects of physiological and psychological factors,disease status,lifestyle,and health awareness.Suggestions are proposed to further strengthen health promotion and education,widely carry out emergency rescue training,and continuously strengthen health maintenance,in order to further reduce and control the mortality caused by sudden illnesses among railway workers on duty.
