铁路危险废物处理现状及管理对策研究

摘要
在全面加强生态环境保护、打好污染防治攻坚战的背景下,铁路行业危险废物科学管理和安全利用处置日趋紧迫.通过现场调研部分铁路单位危险废物管理处置情况,对铁路生产经营中产生的危险废物管理、利用处置现状及存在的问题进行梳理,从管理指南、考核制度、人员培训及技术研发4个角度对危险废物的规范化管理提出了建议,为铁路危险废物科学管理提供参考.
Abstract
Against the backdrop of comprehensive ecological and environmental protection and the battle against pollution,the scientific management and safe disposal of hazardous waste in the railway industry have become increasingly urgent.Through on-site investigations of hazardous waste management and disposal in various railway units,we have identified and analyzed the issues in the current management and disposal practices of hazardous waste generated during railway operations.We offer suggestions for standardized management of hazardous waste from four perspectives:management guidelines,assessment systems,personnel training,and technological development.These recommendations aim to provide a reference for the scientific management of hazardous waste in the railway industry.
