劳动防护用品对于保障从业人员在工作环境中的安全和健康至关重要.从管理制度、职责分工、配发种类、采购方式和资金保障5个角度对某铁路企业劳动防护用品管理的现状进行阐述,分析劳动防护用品在管理、采购、使用、检测等方面存在的主要问题,并从企业劳动防护用品管理角度提出了针对性的应对措施和展望.
Abstract
Labor protection equipment is crucial for ensuring the safety and health of employees in the work environment.This article elaborates on the current situation of labor protection equipment management in a railway enterprise from five perspectives:management system,division of responsibilities,distribution types,procurement methods,and fund guarantee.It analyzes the main problems in the management,procurement,use,and testing of labor protection equipment,and proposes targeted response measures and prospects from the perspective of enterprise labor protection equipment management.
