Study on Mental Health Status and Influencing Factors of Locomotive Drivers in High Altitude Areas
In order to understand the psychological health status and influencing factors of locomotive divers in high-altitude areas(>2 500 m),the"psychological scale baseline survey questionnaire"was used to investigate the psychological health status of locomotive divers in a certain locomotive depot. The single factor results showed that there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05)in the overall average scores of locomotive divers in different age groups, job levels, marital status, length of residence in high-altitude areas, sleep quality, and alcohol consumption in the high-altitude area. The results of multiple factors showed that job level, sleep quality status, and alcohol consumption were the influencing factors of the psychological health status of locomotive divers in this high-altitude area(P<0.05).It is suggested that more attention should be paid to the mental health status of locomotive drivers in high altitude areas, and measures should be taken to improve the mental health status of locomotive drivers from the aspects of mental health assessment and screening, mental health education and intervention.
