The current situation and cleaning methods of railway tank car cleaning operations were investigated.During the tank washing operation,a large amount of exhaust gas containing VOCs will be generated at the orifice,drainage ditch,sedimentation tank and other locations of the tanker,which must be collected and purified to avoid direct discharge into the atmosphere and cause environmental pollution.A special exhaust gas collection hood and treatment facility for the manhole of tank washing were designed to effectively collect and treat the VOCs-containing waste gas generated by tank washing.A special gas collection device is designed for the tank washing sewage drainage ditch and sedimentation tank,which eliminates the influence of VOCs exhaust gas with foul odor.
