Hazardous waste exemption management is of great significance to the hazardous waste management with characteristics of low environmental risk,small output and dispersion.The amount of hazardous waste produced in railway is small and the production locations are scattered,so the railway hazardous waste exemption management system can be established according to the actual situation,and the whole process and fine management of hazardous waste can be realized under the premise of controllable environmental risks.This paper puts forward the exemption list of railway hazardous waste,sorts out the problems that may be faced in the implementation process of the list,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to provide certain guidance and support for the standardized and orderly management of railway solid waste.
