摘要
交通运输行业是我国碳排放的重要领域之一,其碳中和碳达峰行动势在必行.铁路作为交通运输的大动脉将承担更多的运输量,出台的多个文件也对铁路行业低碳发展提出了更高的要求.根据铁路发展实际,从绿色铁路建设、运输装备低碳转型、运输结构调整、长效发展机制维护4个角度出发,结合政策文件、铁路低碳发展现状及先进经验,提出对策建议.
Abstract
As one of the important areas of China's carbon emissions,transportation industry is imperative in carbon neutral and carbon peak.Railroad will undertake more as the artery of transportation.The introduction of several documents also contributes to a higher demand for low-carbon development of the railroad industry.Based on actual development of the railroad,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions covering four perspectives:green railroad construction,low-carbon transformation of transportation equipment,transportation structure adjustment,and maintenance of long-term development mechanism.Policy documents,the status quo of low-carbon development of railroads and advanced experiences are concerned.
