A metal-organic framework material ZIF-8 was synthesized and amine-functionalized to obtain ZIF-8-NH2.Subsequently,cellulase was successfully cross-linked onto ZIF-8-NH2 by glutaraldehyde(ZIF-8-NH2@Cellulase).It was found that the maximum enzyme loading of ZIF-8-NH2(245.8 mg·g-1)was greater than that of ZIF-8(198.3 mg·g-1).Compared with free cellulose,ZIF-8-NH2@Cellulase showed better performance in terms of temperature stability,pH stability, fermentation inhibitor tolerance and enzymatic reaction efficiency. In the presence of 5 g·L-1 of vanillin and furfural, the activity of ZIF-8-NH2@Cellulase was 17.6%and 6.3%higher than that of the free enzyme,respectively.Furthermore,ZIF-8-NH2@Cellulase maintained more than 70%relative enzyme activity after 5 reuses. This study demonstrated that ZIF-8-NH2@Cellulase has the potential to be ap-plied to enzymatic hydrolysis after dilute acid pretreatment.
