In order to improve the information utilization efficiency and user experience of the campus repair system,reduce the cost of campus management and customer complaint rate,natural language processing(NLP)technology is used based on the current situation of the campus repair system at Suzhou University of Science and Technology.The application of this algorithm includes voice input repair content,intelligent text classifica-tion and reply,repair management and allocation,etc.The application makes the repair process more intelligent and efficient,improving user experience and repair efficiency.Through the comprehensive application of machine learning and NLP technology,the campus repair system has achieved intelligent and automated maintenance management,providing more convenient and high-quality repair services for students and faculty on campus.
