摘要

在工业生产过程中会排出大量固体废弃物,若采用填埋、堆存等低资源化方式处理,将导致环境污染等问题,然而通过加工处理可将固体废弃物制成矿物掺合料.在混凝土中加入矿物掺合料不仅能够改善混凝土各项性能,还可以减少水泥用量,降低碳排放.近年来的工程实践表明,复合化是矿物掺合料的重要发展方向,通过复合化手段可充分利用掺合料各项性能实现效应叠加.论文首先介绍了单一种类矿物掺合料的物理化学性质及其对混凝土性能的影响;然后从复合掺合料的配伍方式入手,综合评述了复合掺合料在混凝土中的应用研究;最后讨论了三种配伍方式的特点,并对复合掺合料的下一步研究提出建议.

Abstract

In the process of industrial production,large quantities of solid wastes are discharged.If they are dis-posed of in a low-resource way such as landfills and stockpiles,it will lead to environmental pollution and other problems.However,solid wastes can be processed to make mineral admixtures.Adding mineral admixtures to concrete not only improves the properties of concrete,but also reduces the amount of cement used and lowers carbon emissions.In recent years,engineering practice has shown that compounding is an important development direction for mineral admixtures.Through compounding methods,various properties of admixtures can be fully u-tilized to achieve effect superposition.In this paper,the physical and chemical properties of a single type of min-eral admixture and its impact on the performance of concrete were introduced.Then,starting from the compound-ing methods of composite admixtures,we reviewed the application of composite admixtures in concrete.Finally,the characteristics of three blending methods were discussed,and suggestions for future research of composite ad-mixtures were proposed.
