铁路工程接口工序工期匹配研究

铁路工程项目涉及参与方众多,专业交叉深入,形成大量工程接口,因此参与方协调配合,接口界面平顺衔接是保证铁路工程项目顺利完成的关键,而确保铁路工程接口工序工期匹配便是解决铁路工程接口匹配问题的基础.考虑影响接口交换时间各因素的相互作用,结合Shapley值法进行仿真模拟,建立接口工序工期预测模型.在此基础上,提出3种基本的接口 工序工期匹配手段,结合任务要求的接口匹配状态形成13种接口 工序工期匹配方式.根据工程实际情况选择相应的匹配方式调整接口工序工期,能够使接口上、下游双方实时获取接口信息,避免由于工期不匹配导致的返工和重复做工等问题,最终实现节约资源,提升铁路工程质量.
Study on Duration Matching of Railway Project Interface Processes
Railway construction projects involve many participants and intersection of disciplines,forming a large number of project interfaces.Therefore,coordination and cooperation of participating parties and smooth connection of interfaces are the key to ensuring the successful completion of railway construction projects,and ensuring the matching of railway project interface process duration is the basis to solve the problem of railway project interface matching.In this paper,based on the consideration of the interaction of various factors affecting the interface exchange time,simulation was carried out combined with Shapley value method,and the interface process duration prediction model was estab-lished.On this basis,three basic interface process duration matching means were proposed.Combined with the interface matching state required by the task,the interface process duration matching methods were formed.According to the actu-al situation of the project,the corresponding matching method was selected to adjust the interface process duration,which can enable the upstream and downstream sides of the interface to obtain real-time interface information,avoid re-work and repeated work caused by mismatched duration,and finally save resources and improve the quality of railway engineering.
