Mileage Synchronization Research of Axle Box Acceleration and Wheel-rail Force Data of High-speed Railway Track Inspection Vehicle
The dynamic inspection data of high-speed railway is of great significance to track maintenance.Axle box ac-celeration(ABA)and wheel-rail force(WRF)are two kinds of interrelated high-frequency data that can reflect the short-wave irregularity information of track. However, the mileage error between these two types of data makes it difficult to establish a reference datum for evaluating track regularity. Most of the existing mileage synchronization methods for dy-namic inspection data require railway line information, mainly focusing on mileage synchronization of track geometric ir-regularity data. There are few mileage alignment methods for ABA and WRF under high frequency sampling without su-perelevation information. Therefore,a two-stage mileage synchronization model based on window length convergence was proposed, combined with linear interpolation method to adjust the global waveform.According to the synchronization re-sults from real-world data of ABA and WRF of a high-speed railway,at the confidence level of 99.7%,the mileage error of any section between these two data is reduced from about 1 km to less than 42 m after the first stage, and less than 1.55 m after the second stage. The results of data energy trend show that the correlation of ABA and WRF data is signifi-cantly improved throughout the whole section.
