Three-dimensional Fine Classification Method for Tunnel Face Surrounding Rock Based on Blasting Hole Drilling Parameters of Drilling Jumbo
Under the condition of long footage and large section excavation, the three-dimensional stability of surrounding rock of tunnel face-unsupported section faces greater challenges, and three-dimensional fine classification of surrounding rock is the key to solve the problem.Firstly,by using the extremely randomized tree algorithm, the intelli-gent classification machine learning model of surrounding rock was established based on drilling parameters collected on site.Secondly, the three-dimensional coordinates corresponding to the drilling parameters of each borehole were deter-mined by using the scanning and positioning system of drilling jumbo and the coordinate system transformation relation-ship,and the three-dimensional data space of drilling parameters within the excavation cycle was constructed by using Kriging spatial interpolation technology.Further combined with the actual tunnel work, the three-dimensional data space of the drilling parameters was vertically and horizontally segmented(layered and partitioned). Finally, the intelligent classification model of surrounding rock was used to realize the three-dimensional fine classification of each scale and provide suggestions for the formulation and adjustment of construction method statement. The study is useful to broaden the application of intelligent classification of surrounding rock based on drilling parameters, improve the classification level of surrounding rock in the construction stage and lay the foundation for fine design.
