Taking Changde-Yiyang-Changsha High-Speed Railway as the object,it is necessary to determine the train operation mode in order to improve the passenger service quality along the line.In response to the problems of low train frequency,small ac-cessibility range,and long operation time on the existing line,it is proposed that Changde-Yiyang-Changsha high-speed railway is suitable to adopt the train operation mode of combining intra-line and inter-line trains.The train OD,train class-es,train formations,train operation frequency and other elements of intra-line and inter-line trains is designed by using multifactor analysis,to ensure that the train operation mode can adapt the travel demands of passengers,and it will lay the foundation for the reasonable preparation of the line plan and the train diagram of the line.
