摘要
为解决无砟轨道存在的污物人工清理劳动强度大、清理效率低、作业环境差的问题,结合无砟轨道特点,深入研究高压水射流、毛刷滚刷、真空吸污以及除尘降尘等轨道清洁技术,提出一种高铁无砟轨道线路清洁车方案,通过冲扫吸结合的柔性技术路线,实现无砟轨道线路清洁机械化清理,完全或部分替代人工,进而提高高铁无砟轨道线路清洁的效率.
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of heavy labor intensity,low efficiency and working environment in manual cleaning of ballastless track,combined with the characteristics of ballastless track,track cleaning technolo-gies such as high-pressure water jet,brush rolling brush,vacuum suction and dust removal were studied.A high-speed rail ballastless track line cleaning vehicle scheme was proposed.Realizing the mechaniza-tion of ballastless track line cleaning,it can completely or partially replace manual work,and improve the efficiency of high-speed rail ballastless track line cleaning.
