摘要

为解决铁路视频监控传输带宽、存储空间不足的问题,研究基于人工智能深度学习算法和视频编码解码框架优化的视频轻量化技术,研制出了一种可旁路部署轻量化设备.经运用测试,证实研制出的轻量化设备达到了有效降低码率及视频所占用的存储空间,而保持编码格式、画面分辨率、帧数不变的效果,可有效解决铁路系统日益增长的视频监控需求.

Abstract

To solve the problem of insufficient transmission bandwidth and storage space for railway video surveil-lance,the video lightweight technology based on artificial intelligence deep learning algorithm and video coding and decoding framework optimization is studied,and a lightweight device that can be deployed in off-line is developed.Through the application test,it is proved that the developed lightweight equipment can effectively reduce the bit rate and the storage space occupied by the video,and keep the encoding for-mat,picture resolution,frame number unchanged,which can effectively solve the growing railway video surveillance needs.
