Abstract
By studying the forms faced by the Railway Bureau Group Company in cultivating and developing new quality productivity forces,analyze the main problems and challenges in developing new quality produc-tivity forces,propose overall dieas and specific measures for new quality productivity forces,to promote high-quality development of railways,assisting in the modernization of railway construction has refer-ence significance.
