摘要

铁路编组场停车器是对溜放车组进行制动、减速、停车的重要设备.目前对停车器检维修主要依靠作业人员到现场进行人工测量,以及油缸等设备周期性的入所修.为提高劳动效率和检修质量,设计驼峰停车器状态监测系统实现对停车器状态的实时评估,通过系统软件设计对前端设备的位移、液压等数据采集与处理,实现对停车器液压站的液位、制动轨的间距、制动轨的磨损情况进行实时监测.

Abstract

The railway marshalling yard stopping device is an important equipment for braking,decelerating and stopping the rolling train set.At present,the inspection and maintenance of the stopping device mainly re-ly on the operators to go to the site for manual measurement,as well as the periodic overhaul of oil cylin-ders and other equipment.In order to improve labor efficiency and maintenance quality,a hump stopping devices status monitoring system is designed to realize real-time evaluation of the stopping device condi-tion.Through the system software design,the displacement,hydraulic pressure and other data of the front-end equipment are collected and processed to realize real-time monitoring of the liquid level of the hydraulic station,the spacing of the brake rail,and the wear condition of the brake rail.
