摘要
针对地铁隧道运营环境清洁需求,研制了一款地铁隧道吸污车,用于地铁隧道的清洗吸污工作.该车主要由轨道车辆、吸污系统、动力系统、电气系统等部分组成,采用高压水冲洗、毛刷滚刷、真空吸污等多种作业方式,可以清除道床、排水沟、集水井、隧道侧壁、车站端头井等处的积水、灰尘、泥沙、金属粉末等.经实际应用表明吸污车能很好的对地铁隧道运营环境进行全面清洁.
Abstract
Aiming at the need of cleaning the operating environment of metro tunnel,a dirt suction vehicle was de-veloped for the cleaning and sewage suction work of tunnel.The vehicle is mainly composed of rail vehi-cles,dirt suction system,power system,electrical system and other parts,combining high-pressure water washing,brush roller brushing,and vacuum suction.It can remove accumulated water,dust,silt,metal powder,etc.from track beds,drainage ditches,water collection wells,tunnel side walls,station end wells,etc.Practical application shows that the vehicle can clean the operating environment of the metro tunnel well.
