Design and application status of seamless steel pipes for domestic deep-water oil and gas field development
With the continuous increase in energy demand,the global demand for offshore oil and gas devel-opment is increasing day by day.This article introduces the current situation and development trends of deep-water oil and gas field development in China,summarizes the characteristics and main technical requirements of pipes used in deep-water oil and gas field development,investigates the production status of large-diameter seamless pipeline pipes for oil and gas transportation in China,discusses the types and rolling methods of steel pipes,and the produc-tion capacity of major domestic steel pipe production enterprises.Combined with the actual design requirements of a deep-wateroil and gas field in China,it points out the material design,production process,geometric dimensions,and mechanical property requirements of transportation pipeline pipes for deep-wateroil and gas fields in China.Given that China's deep-water oil and gas development started late and there is still a significant gap compared to developed countries abroad,in the future,we should focus on improving pipe design and production equipment,and develop high-quality large-diameter seamless pipeline pipes for oil and gas transportation in combination with the needs of transportation conditions.
