基于JmatPro软件的TA15钛合金设计与实验

利用JmatPro软件计算了不同典型合金元素含量下TA15钛合金的相图和力学性能,明确了典型合金元素对TA15钛合金相变点、拉伸性能影响规律.研究表明:Al能提高合金的相变温度和强度,V、Mo降低了合金相变温度,但具有一定固溶强化作用,Zr对相变温度影响不显著,但对提升合金强度有利.基于优化后的成分配比,制备了Φ105mm×6mm规格的TA15钛合金无缝管并对组织和力学性能进行分析.结果表明,TA15无缝管具有双态组织,室温抗拉强度为998 MPa,延伸率17.5%;500℃高温抗拉强度可达715.5 MPa,这说明该TA15无缝管兼具了良好的室温韧塑性和高温性能.
Design and experimental study of TA15 titanium alloy based on JMatPro software
The phase diagrams and mechanical properties of TA15 titanium alloy with different alloying contents were cal-culated by JMatPro software.The influence of typical alloying elements of TA15 on the transformation temperature and mechan-ical properties were clarified.It is clear that aluminum can increase the transformation temperature and strength of the alloy.Though V and Mo decrease the transformation temperature,they could improve the strength of the alloy by solution strengthen-ing.There is negligible effect of Zr on the transformation temperature of the alloy,but Zr can effectively increase the alloy strength.The TA15 tube of Ф105mm×6mm geometry was produced based on the optimized chemical composition derived by JMatPro.The microstructures and mechanical properties of the TA15 tube were analyzed.It is shown that the microstructure of the tube is bi-phase structured.The room temperature tensile strength of the tube is 998MPa with an elongation of 17.5%.The 500℃tensile strength of the tube is 715.5MPa,indicating that the TA15 tube possesses both good strength,toughness and plas-ticity.
