07MnMoVR水电钢CCT曲线测定与应用

在Gleeble3800热模拟试验机上测定了07MnMoVR水电钢以不同冷却速度连续冷却时的膨胀曲线,结合金相-硬度法获得了该钢的静态CCT曲线,分析以不同冷却速度连续转变时的组织转变,阐明冷却速度与组织演变及硬度变化的关系.试验钢热处理工艺为920℃淬火,然后进行600℃回火时,力学性能满足生产技术要求.
Determination and application of CCT curve of 07MnMoVR hydropower steel
The expansion curve of 07MnMoVR hydropower steel at different cooling rates was measured on the Gleeble3800 thermal simulation test machine.The static CCT curve of the steel was obtained by means of me-tallographic hardness method.The microstructure transformation at different cooling rates was analyzed,and the re-lationship between the cooling rate and the microstructure evolution and hardness change was clarified.When the heat treatment process of the test steel is quenched at 920℃and then tempered at 600℃,the mechanical proper-ties meet the technical requirements of production.
