摘要
试验研究了是否使用轻压下技术以及不同的高温扩散时间对碳化物带状组织的影响.结果表明使用连铸轻压下技术,能有效改善坯料的偏析情况;随高温扩散时间的增加,碳化物带状级别总体呈降低趋势,颗粒尺寸逐渐减小,扩散时间11h的颗粒尺寸在2.5 μm左右,继续延长时间,颗粒尺寸变化不大.因此选择连铸轻压下工艺+高温扩散11h工艺进行生产,可以得到颗粒弥散、尺寸相对细小的碳化物带状组织.
Abstract
The effects of soft reduction technology and different high-temperature diffusion times on the band mor-phology and particle size of carbides were investigated.The results indicate that the use of continuous casting and soft re-duction technology can effectively improve the segregation of billets;With the increase of high-temperature diffusion time,the overall banded level of carbides shows a decreasing trend,and the particle size gradually decreases.The particle size with a diffusion time of 11 hours is about 2.5 μm.Continuing to extend the time,there is not much change in parti-cle size.Therefore,by choosing the soft reduction process during continuous casting and high-temperature diffusion 11 hour process for production,a carbide banded structure with dispersed particles and relatively small size can be obtained.
