一种微合金钢曲轴断裂原因分析

通过化学成分检测、宏观形貌观察、显微组织观察,断口形貌分析和淬硬层硬度检测等测试手段,对微合金曲轴用钢断裂原因进行分析.结果表明:曲轴的失效模式为典型的疲劳断裂,断裂位置处于连杆颈和平衡块的过渡区、即R角区域,断裂的主要原因为R角区域粗糙的加工刀痕产生应力集中,促进了疲劳裂纹的形成,最终导致疲劳断裂.
Fracture analysis of microalloyed steel crankshaft
The fracture cause of the microalloyed steel crankshaft was analyzed by methods of chemical com-position analysis,microstructure observation,fracture morphology analysis and hardness of hardened layers analysis.The results indicate that the failure mode of the crankshaft is a typical fatigue fracture,with the fracture location in the transition zone between the connecting rod neck and the balance block,namely the R-angle region.The main reason for the fracture is the rough machining tool marks in the R-angle region,which generate stress concentra-tion and promote the formation of fatigue cracks,ultimately leading to fatigue fracture.
