Study on strengthening effect of microalloying elements on hot-rolled bar
Blending defects are generally caused by recrystallization, machining ratio(deformation),secondary heat-ing and abnormal growth, which will greatly reduce the mechanical properties of structural steel. In order to study the ef-fect of mismatch of microalloy composition design and compression ratio on bulk grain blending, the edge, radius 1/2 and core of steel with processing ratio of 6.2 were studied according to GB/T 6394-2017.Comparing the relationship be-tween Al,Ti,V,N content and bulk grain size in 35CrMoA,39NiCrMo3,45,S355J2+N steel produced by the same process in 25 furnaces, the results show that the grain size and blending of 4 steel elements and bulk grain size show that the steel with Al and N high is refined;the steel with Ti and V low content(45 steel and S355J2+N steel)shows blend-ing phenomenon.
