摘要
Q390 热轧无缝钢管的发纹缺陷一直是影响钢管一次合格率和成材率指标的重要原因之一.发纹缺陷的产生原因主要与连铸管坯质量有关.本文通过轧制试验分析了坯料裂纹缺陷与轧制缺陷的遗传对应关系和缺陷变化情况,分析坯料到成品脱碳层的变化情况.
Abstract
The hairline defect of Q390 hot-rolled seamless steel pipe has always been one of the important reasons affecting the first pass rate and yield index of the steel pipe.The main cause of hairline defects is related to the quality of continuous casting billets.This article analyzes the genetic correspondence and defect variation be-tween billet crack defects and rolling defects through rolling experiments,and analyzes the variation of decarburiza-tion layer from billet to finished product.
