摘要

研究了四种不同的试样加工方式对300M超高强度钢室温拉伸检测结果的影响,结果表明:毛坯车成M12×Φ6.0半成品试样,然后热处理,最后磨削加工成Φ5.0的成品试样,其室温拉伸强度指标最低、塑性指标最高,能最大程度地表征材料本身的力学性能;应选用该加工方式制作300M超高强度钢的室温拉伸测试试样,其他三种加工方式强度指标偏高,均不能准确表征材料本身的力学性能.

Abstract

The effects of four different sample preparation methods on the room temperature tensile testing results of 300M ultra-high strength steel was studied.The results showed that:the semi-finished M12×Φ6 sample was turned into a blank,then heat treated,and finally ground into a finished sample with a diameter of Φ5.0.The room temperature tensile strength index was the lowest and the plasticity index was the highest,which can maximize the characterization of the material's mechanical properties;This preparation method should be used to produce room temperature tensile test specimens of 300M ultra-high strength steel.The other three preparation methods have higher strength indicators and cannot accurately characterize the mechanical properties of the material itself.
