摘要
设备维修技术的发展方向是预知维修,而要实现预知维修,对设备进行状态监测是基础.文章针对油液在线监测技术,介绍了该技术的优势,分析了油液在线监测系统的组成和结构原理,探讨了现场安装技术,通过分享该技术在某钢厂轧机润滑系统中的应用,得出结论:该技术的应用有助于提高钢铁企业设备维护水平,有利于设备维护方式向预知维修方式的转变.
Abstract
The technical development direction of equipment maintenance is predictive maintenance.In order to realize predictive maintenance,the state detection of equipment is the basis.Aiming at the on-line monitoring technology,the paper introduces technical advantages,and analyzes the composition and structural principle of oil on-line monitoring system,and discusses the field installation technology.By sharing the application of this tech-nology in the lubrication system of a steel plant,it can be concluded that the application of this technology can im-prove the equipment maintenance level of iron and steel enterprises,and conducive to the transformation of equip-ment maintenance mode to predictive maintenance mode.
