摘要
企业基层班组长的综合能力素养,直接影响着企业安全生产、工作效率、产品质量、经营成本等各项关键指标,从而影响企业的综合竞争力.本文针对攀长特公司班组长管理效率不高、管理方法单一等问题,剖析原因,提出"四能合一"的实践探索,即有针对性地开展培训和比赛,补齐班组长能力素养短板,开展对标学习和交流,拓宽视野、拓展思维,完善考核评价机制,为同类企业在基层班组长能力素养提升工作方面提出了参考借鉴.
Abstract
The comprehensive ability and literacy of grassroots team leaders in enterprises directly affect key indicators such as safety production,work efficiency,product quality,and operating costs,thus affecting the com-prehensive competitiveness of enterprises.This article analyzes the reasons for the low management efficiency and single management methods of team leaders in Pangang Group Changcheng Special Company,and proposes a practical exploration of"four abilities in one",which includes targeted training and competitions,filling the gaps in team leader's ability and literacy,conducting benchmarking learning and communication,broadening horizons,ex-panding thinking,and improving assessment and evaluation mechanisms.It provides reference and guidance for similar enterprises to improve the ability and literacy of grassroots team leaders.
