Cleanliness control of 1.2083 die steel during electroslag remelting process
This article focuses on analyzing of the causes of high magnification C type inclusions in die steel 1.2083 produced during the electroslag remelting process.Through measures such as adjusting the slag system,improving the slag alkalinity in the electroslag remelting process,and adding 1kg/ton of Al powder deoxidizer in the process,industrial prac-tice and test data show that C type inclusions can be effectively reduced,and the cleanliness of this kind of electroslag steel can be improved,and the product meets the user's requirements.
