对汽车用冷镦钢10B33采取在线低温大变形轧制,并通过控制冷却技术进行在线保温,使钢中片状珠光体转变为大量铁素体+小尺寸粒状珠光体,珠光体团小而分散,其硬度较常规线材显著降低,断面收缩率提高,冷加工性显著提高,实现冷镦钢线材在线软化退火,从而实现下游客户直接拉拔使用,有效降低工序成本.
Improvement of 10B33 annealing-free performance by TMCP
The cold heading steel 10B33 for automobile was rolled by on-line low temperature large deformation and on-line heat preservation through controlled cooling technology,the pearlite group is small and dispersed,its hard-ness is obviously lower than that of the conventional wire rod,the section shrinkage rate is increased,and the cold workability is obviously improved,reduce process cost effectively.
