Fatigue behavior and influencing factors of high-temperature resistant special steel pipelines under cyclic loading
This paper comprehensively analyzed the influence of cyclic loading on the fatigue behavior of high-temperature resistant special steel pipes.The key findings include:stress amplitude,average stress,and load fre-quency are the main factors determining the fatigue life of pipelines;High temperature environment will significantly reduce the fatigue resistance of materials;The load history also has a significant impact on fatigue behavior.To im-prove pipeline performance,research suggests adopting advanced material technology,optimizing design,adjusting load conditions,and considering extreme working conditions.These conclusions not only provide scientific guidance for the design,application,and maintenance of high-temperature resistant special steel pipes,but also point out the di-rection for the development of future material technology.By deeply understanding the influence of cyclic loading on pipeline fatigue behavior,pipeline failures can be effectively prevented,providing new research perspectives and ex-perimental data for the field of materials science.
