保护气氛电渣炉的除尘系统通过上烟罩上的排烟管直接将熔炼腔室内的粉尘和保护气体排出,空气进入熔炼腔室,导致氧含量增大,严重影响钢锭质量.设计一种副烟罩装置,安装在上烟罩上部,只收集并排走从上烟罩溢出的粉尘和保护气体,不影响保护气氛,达到环保和冶炼工艺要求.
Design and application of secondary smoke hood for protective atmosphere electric slag furnace
The dust removal system of the protective atmosphere electric slag furnace directly discharges the dust and protective gas in the smelting chamber through the exhaust pipe on the smoke hood,and thus the air en-ters into the smelting chamber,resulting in the increase of oxygen content,which seriously affects the quality of the steel ingot.By designing a secondary smoke cover device,installed on the upper smoke cover,only collecting the dust and protective gas overflow from the upper smoke cover,it does not affect the protection atmosphere,meeting the requirements of environmental protection and smelting process.
