Research progress and development trend of wear-resistant steel
This article analyzes the application industry and development status of wear-resistant steel at home and abroad,focusing on the analysis of the control level of inclusions in wear-resistant steel at home and abroad,as well as the influence of controlled rolling and cooling processes and heat treatment processes on the microstructure and material me-chanical properties in NM600.Foreign wear-resistant steel production enterprises have a rich variety of products and more refined classifications.While developing new products,Chinese steel mills are gradually optimizing conventional products and developing different wear-resistant steel products to meet international standards for different customers.At present,there is still a certain gap in the mechanical properties of wear-resistant products produced by steel mills in China compared to well-known foreign wear-resistant steel brands such as HARDOX and EVERHARD in terms of low-temperature impact and bending.According to the updated content of national standards,the market has stricter re-quirements for wear-resistant steel.Steel enterprises and research institutes need to further research the combination of pure steel smelting technology with new technologies such as controlled rolling,controlled cooling,and heat treatment to improve the properties and quality of wear-resistant steel products in China,so as to building an international fist brand.
