AF1410钢大规格棒材的制备及性能研究

在对AF1410钢的合金化、洁净度、组织均匀性与综合力学性能等技术要求研究的基础上,本文通过化学成分的合理优化控制、充分发挥VIM(真空感应炉)及VAR(真空电弧自耗重熔)的精炼功能、合理的锻造开坯及成形技术等手段的实施,采用"VIM+VAR"工艺路线,生产出了AF1410 钢φ300 mm规格棒材.此棒材的纯净度高、具有良好的纵横向拉伸及冲击性能和纵向断裂韧度,且各项技术指标均符合相关航空航天用高韧性超高强度钢16Co14Ni10Cr2MoE(AF1410)棒材规范要求.同时对AF1410 钢的纵、横向-40℃低温冲击韧性进行了测试.
Preparation and property research of large-sized AF1410 steel bars
Based on the research on the technical requirements of alloying,cleanliness,microstructure unifor-mity,and comprehensive mechanical properties of AF1410 steel,this paper adopts the"VIM+VAR"process route to produce ultra-high strength AF1410 steel bars with a diameter of 300 mm through the rational optimization and control of chemical composition,full utilization of the refining function of VIM(vacuum induction furnace)and VAR(vacuum arc consumable remelting),and the implementation of reasonable forging and forming technology.This bar has high purity,good longitudinal and transverse tensile and impact properties,and longitudinal fracture toughness,and all technical indicators meet the requirements of the relevant aerospace high toughness ultra-high strength steel 16Co14Ni10Cr2MoA(AF1410)bar specifications.At the same time,the longitudinal and transverse low-temperature impact toughness of AF1410 steel at-40℃was tested.
