750MPa级高导滑耐磨厢体用钢产品开发及应用

通过借鉴铌钛强化大梁钢开发的成功经验,采用低碳及铌钛微合金化成分设计,优化组织,改善性能,保证了钢板具有较高的硬度;在成分设计中增加了铬元素,同时结合2050产线超快冷优势优化控轧控冷工艺,提高带钢的低温韧性及降低带钢的表面粗糙度,成功开发了抗拉强度860 MPa、屈服强度743 MPa,硬度HB达到255,经酸洗光整后粗糙度为0.96 m的高导滑耐磨厢体用钢,焊接、冷弯性能优异,满足了汽车钢客户轻量化及高导滑需求.
Development and application of steel products for 750MPa high sliding and wear-resistant car body
Based on the successful experience in the development of Niobium-titanium reinforced large beam steel,the low carbon and niobium-titanium microalloying components were used to optimize the microstructure and improve the properties of the steel plate to ensure the high hardness.Chromium element was added in the composition design,and the controlled rolling and cooling process was optimized by combining the ultra-fast cooling advantage of the 2050 pro-duction line,which improved the low temperature toughness and reduced the surface roughness of the strip steel.The tensile strength of 860 MPa,yield strength of 743 MPa and hardness of HB of 255 were successfully developed.With a roughness of 0.96 m after pickling and finishing,the high sliding and wear-resistant car body steel has excellent welding and cold-bending performance,which meets the requirements of automotive steel customers for light-weight and high sliding.
