RH真空精炼时间对GCr15轴承钢纯净度的影响

利用系统取样、成分分析、扫描电镜,研究了RH真空精炼时间对轴承钢中氧、氮、钙、铝含量、夹杂物的数量变化的影响.结果表明:合适的RH真空精炼时间可显著降低钢液中的氧、氮、钙、铝含量、夹杂物的数量,现场试验表明:RH真空循环20 min条件下,钢中氧、氮、钙含量去除效率和铝含量损耗为50%~60%,钢中夹杂物平均尺寸为10.2 μm,夹杂物的数密度平均为0.17个/mm2.真空循环时间延长,效果相对不明显.
Effect of RH vacuum refining time on purity of GCr15 bearing steel
The influence of RH vacuum refining time on the content of oxygen,nitrogen,calcium,aluminum and the amount of inclusions in bearing steel was studied by means of systematic sampling,composition analysis and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the content of oxygen,nitrogen,calcium,aluminum and the number of inclusions in molten steel can be reduced under the proper RH vacuum refining time.The on-site test showed that under the condition of RH vacuum cycle time of 20 minutes,the removal efficiency of oxygen,nitro-gen,calcium and the loss of aluminum in steel are 50%~60%,and the average size of inclusions in steel is 10.2 μm.The average number density of inclusions is 0.17/mm2.The removal effect is not obvious when vacuum cycle time is extended.
