摘要

采用超声表面波和磁粉检测相结合的方式,在有表面波缺陷的冷轧辊上精确定位取样,利用光学金相显微镜和扫描电镜及能谱仪试样进行缺陷鉴定分析,研究表明:造成冷轧辊表面波缺陷的主要原因是夹杂和气孔,通过对电极坯料的生产、电渣重熔、锻造及粗加工工序进行有针对性的控制,降低了出现表面波问题的概率,提高了产品质量.

Abstract

By combining ultrasonic surface wave and magnetic particle testing,precise positioning sampling was carried out on cold rolling rolls with surface wave defects.Defect identification and analysis were carried out on the samples using optical metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope,and energy dispersive spectrom-eter.The results showed that the main causes of surface wave defects in cold rolling rolls were inclusions and pores.By targeted control of electrode billet production,electroslag remelting,forging,and rough machining processes,the probability of surface wave problems was reduced and product quality was improved.
