摘要

在参照GB/T 5059.1-2014的基础上,用稀硝酸溶解试样,以EDTA为掩蔽剂,在pH为4.0的定钼缓冲溶液中,钼以羟基喹啉盐形式沉淀,过滤,干燥并称量无水羟基喹啉盐.此分析方法能快速准确地测定出钼铁中钼的含量,并满足日常企业大批量生产需求.

Abstract

On the basis of referring to GB/T 5059.1-2014,dissolve the sample in dilute nitric acid,use EDTA as a masking agent,precipitate molybdenum in the form of hydroxyquinoline salt in a pH 4.0 molybdenum buffer solution,filter,dry,and weigh the anhydrous hydroxyquinoline salt.This analysis method can quickly and accurately determine the molybdenum content in ferromolybdenum,and meet the large-scale production needs of daily enterprises.
