Analysis of hydraulic system leakage in steel rolling equipment and exploration of maintenance techniques
Hydraulic system leakage is a common equipment problem in the production process of steel rolling equipment,which can seriously affect the automation operation of steel rolling equipment,reduce production effi-ciency,increase costs,and even cause certain environmental pollution.In view of this,based on the analysis of the types and causes of hydraulic system leakage in steel rolling equipment,this paper explores the maintenance technol-ogy of hydraulic system leakage from the perspective of maintenance process,and proposes targeted leakage preven-tion and control measures from two aspects:sealing structure selection,vibration impact force and temperature con-trol.
