摘要

中航上大24T保护气氛电渣炉在使用过程中,多次发生电极料杆漏水的现象,漏点位于电极料杆底部夹头部位.更换密封套及密封条后无明显改善效果,故将电极杆拆解分析根本原因并解决.通过对电极料杆的解体测量,对密封套进行优化改造,改造后测试、生产无漏水现象.

Abstract

During the operation of the 24T protective atmosphere electroslag furnace in Zhonghang Shangda Superalloys Co.,Ltd,water leakage of the electrode rod occurred many times,and the leakage point was located at the chuck at the bottom of the electrode rod.After replacing the sealing sleeve and sealing strip,there was no sig-nificant improvement effect,so the electrode rod was disassembled to analyze the root cause and solve it.By disas-sembling and measuring the electrode rod,the sealing sleeve was optimized and modified.After the modification,there was no water leakage during testing and production.
