锆/钢爆炸复合板因其优异的力学性能、耐腐蚀性能和较高的经济效益,成为制造压力容器的理想候选材料之一,引起了材料学家们的广泛关注.但是相较于欧美、日本等发达国家,我国对于锆/钢爆炸复合板的开发和生产仍然存在不足,亟需进一步研究.本文以锆/钢复合板的爆炸制备工艺为例,详述了制造过程的工艺路线和关键技术,并对其发展现状和趋势进行研究,为锆/钢复合板的进一步发展和应用提供了战略性的指导和建议.
Preparation and application study of zirconium/steel explosive composite plate
Zirconium/steel explosive composite plate has become one of the ideal candidate materials for manufacturing pressure vessels due to its excellent mechanical properties,corrosion resistance and high economic efficiency,which has attracted extensive attention from material scientists.However,compared with Europe,America,Japan and other developed countries,China's development and production of zirconium/steel explosion composite plate is still deficient,and further research is urgently needed.This paper takes the explosive preparation process of zirconium/steel composite plate as an example,details the process route and key technologies of the manufacturing process,and studies the current status and trend of its development,providing strategic guidance and suggestions for the further development and application of zirconium/steel composite plates.
